Stripped down to the bare chassis and then meticulously built taking care of each little detail, you will need serious efforts to distinguish between reality and what could be a E30 enthusiast dream.
I am really happy to share this car and offer it to a new owner who will really feel like leaving a BMW dealership back in the 90's. I hope he will come with the appropriate clothing.
Sold new (the first time) in Belgium where he spent 22 years before being imported to Spain, where basically got new plates to be stored for some years.
It was almost two years ago when Petyo and his team found the car listed and saw a big potential for his next big project. Definitely not being his first restoration, and not even being the first E30 going through his workshop, he fearlessly brought the car to Tarragona to let the restoration begin. After 2 years of work in all areas of the vehicle, it's time to find a new home to keep filling stories in this car book.
I could spend hours writing here but I want to go straight to the point by telling you the condition is an absolute 10 to me.
Anything suspicious of needing a replacement, had it. Anything needing a reconditioning, had it. Every detail was taken care of and no shortcuts were taken.
Exterior had a full respray not only in what you see, but also what you don't. Underneath there is only new paint and needless to say not even one point of rust.
Interior is absolutely new (Petyo owns an upholstery center) and even mesmerizing. Built around Recaro seats and an M-Technic 2 steering wheel (both factory equipment), this truly is a place where you will love to spend time.
You could eat from the engine bay. That's how clean it is. Engine was stripped down to the bare block and built back by a professional shop with almost everything new. Anything that could suffer wear was replaced. Is there anything better than the sound of an old 12v L6?
It had 228.000km when first bought by Petyo.
